Shipping & returns

• Standard · 48–72 h — insured, signature on delivery. Free above 1 000 MAD, otherwise 60 MAD.
• Express · next day — order before 14:00 for next-day delivery in major cities. 180 MAD.
• Pickup in Marrakech shop — free; we email you when your order is ready (usually within 24 h).

Unopened equipment can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Start a return from your order page or contact us with your order reference.

Meteorite specimens are non-returnable once their certificate has been transferred to your name — each specimen is unique and its chain of custody is part of its value.

Every parcel is insured. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, photograph the parcel and contents and write to hello@outunivers.com within 48 h — we ship a replacement or refund in full.
