Privacy & terms

We collect what we need to run your bookings and orders: your name, email, phone, delivery address and your booking/order history. Payment card data is handled by the payment gateway and never stored by us.

To deliver what you bought: tickets, weather updates for your session, delivery notifications and certificates. Marketing email goes only to addresses that opted in, and every message includes a way out.

• Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 h before the session start; weather cancellations by us are always fully refunded or rescheduled.
• Equipment returns are accepted within 30 days unopened; meteorite specimens are final sale once their certificate transfers.
• Certificates of authenticity are registered and publicly verifiable; transferring one to a new holder is free via our support.
