Experiences & bookings
How do I book a session?
Pick an experience, choose a date in the calendar and pay online by card — or reserve your seats and pay in cash on site. Your ticket with its entry QR code arrives by email immediately.
What if the weather turns bad?
We review sky conditions 24 hours before every session. If the night is unusable you choose between a free reschedule and a full refund.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes — cancellation is free until 48 hours before the session starts. Paid bookings are refunded to the original payment method.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, bank transfer and cash on delivery for shop orders; card or cash on site for session bookings.
Orders & shipping
How fast is delivery?
Standard delivery reaches major Moroccan cities within 48–72 hours. Express next-day delivery and shop pickup are available at checkout.
Can I return an item?
Returns are accepted within 30 days on unopened equipment. Meteorite specimens are non-returnable once their certificate is transferred to you.
Meteorites & certificates
Are your meteorites authentic?
Every specimen carries a numbered certificate with its classification, weight and find location. Anyone can verify a certificate at any time on our verification page.
What happens to the certificate when I buy a specimen?
The certificate transfers to your name automatically when the order ships, and appears in your account.
